This "hack" or clipped wing Spitfire was designated aircraft "R" in the 308th Fighter Squadron, 31st Fighter Group as it would of appeared when the squadron was assigned to Fano, Italy c.1944.

Rev 3 is uploaded on 13/Oct./2021.
Clean up the folders of old Rev 1 before installing Rev 3.
Continental Airlines (COA / CO) was the major airline in United States, and its wholly owned subsidiary was Continental Micronesia (CMI / CS) based on Guam (flied to Tinian / Saipan / Japan and Honolulu via island-hopping).
Here is a skinpack --- Its Orange and Gold cheatlines livery (often called Meatball) painted in 1970s - 1980s - 1992 for Boeing 727 in Civil Aircraft Mod.

This skinpack needs "Boeing 727 Common Normal map / RoughMet Textures pack Rev3" from here. --- https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3318369/
When you see strange checker blocks on the skins in DCS World, the "Boeing 727 Common Normal map / RoughMet Textures pack Rev3" is not installed / not set-up correctly.
